I am frustrated.

I am going to the gym anyway (after I eat something).


It’s the work we put in on days like this that define us. It’s what we do when we don’t feel like it, or when we don’t want to.

Anybody can do it when it’s easy, but sticking it out when it’s hard is what truly makes us better.
